Dixie RV Doctor | Expert RV Repair Services in St George UT

I called Dixie RV Doctor this afternoon and Art met me at their site and was very professional and knowledgeable. He straightened my step so it would work and adjusted my brakes so the one side would not lock up - all within 1 hour. I had the brake issue looked at a week ago by a different business in another state and was told it was fine. As a solo female traveler I was very impressed with Dixie RV Doctor and both Patrick and Art. Highly recommend this business! Thank you to Patrick on the phone and Art for the repairs.

Just got done with another item that needed to be fixed. We're camping last week and discovered a water leak near our water heater. I called Patrick and told him our problem and he said bring it in. I brought it in on our way home and said "no rush" they had it fixed in 2 days. Art, the technician, called me and let me know the problem and what was needed to repair it. He also asked if it would be OK to run the rear heater for the rest of the day to dry the floor out. They treat your rig as if it were their own. Thank you DRV!

Over the course of the last 18 months, The Dixie RV Doctor has done the following repairs on our 5th wheel: fixed and/or replaced our sewer and tanks - twice - replaced a leg and motor on our trailer, installed a tankless hot water heater, replaced an awning, AND refinished the roof. This mans customer service and dedication to his work is unmatched. And not that it has anything to do with his quality of work, but he is one of the kindest and most respectful people I've had the pleasure of getting to know. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to help my mom. For that alone I'd continue to choose his business, but the fact that he's easily the best RV repairman in southern Utah is also a nice touch. I truly cannot say thank you enough. O-M-GOODNESS!! We are RV newbies --about 10 months in--and we never knew the steep learning curve we would have to climb. Today, our newest "adventure " in RV land, was a LEAK!! We called Dixie RV doc and Patrick came that same day. Phew!! Not only did he fix the leak, which turned out to be loose fittings, he was SO patient with us. We were slightly terrified by the amount of water leaking but it turned out okay. He took the time to explain how all those hoses in the basement worked, found other water damage to our speaker that was in the basement, explained how our auto level worked and how our truck/trailer brakes worked. Sound like a lot? Yes, I'll admit we picked his brain and he was so professional and helpful. We can now resume our trip feeling much more relieved. We cannot recommend him and his company enough. We have a fifth wheel.

In the middle of a month, long vacation trip. He was very thorough in his investigation, and removed a skid plate, that exposed⁰ the second generator of which the belt had come off. A discussion was made regarding the generator.

But in the end, we decided not to replace it. I came back Monday morning after spending the weekend in a campground, and he installed a new belt. Put everything back together and I was on the road. Professional caring took me in on a Saturday. I was impressed very professional shop.

Having arrived at an RV Park in Utah, it became crystal clear that the refrigerator and freezer in our new motor home was not working. We called Dixie RV Doctor to see if we could get help with it. A very sweet man named Art came to help us within the hour!!! We honestly could not believe it! He checked out our new (dead) unit, pulled it out of the wall and not only contacted the manufacturer right there and then but also various outlets to get us a new refrigerator. He was incredibly professional and informative. Thank you so very much for caring enough to get here quickly and spend the time to help us! We appreciate everything you did.

We had Dixie RV Doctor add some more solar and a new converter for us while we traveled through St George. They were great with communication, showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Art was super knowledgeable about solar. He walked me through the process and explained everything in layman’s terms for me. We are currently out boondocking for the first time since our upgrade and everything works perfectly! I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need while in the St George area.

I can see why they have the star rating that they do. Called them to see about having them come out to check out a water pump issue for us. Patrick was nice enough to give me some ideas of testing as I'm a retired mechanic. Really appreciated that as he didn't have to. We would have been more than willing to pay for him to come out and do some testing himself. Just goes to show the character that they have and why they have such a good reviews. If we ever needed repairs in the St George area would not hesitate to call them.

These guys are the best. They promptly fixed our problem when a few other mobile service companies said they were too busy. We had a freeway tire blowout which tore off one of our grey tank drains. Art first met us at the tire store, where we were getting new tires, so he could look at the drain issue. Then he went to several places to get all of the needed parts, and later met us at our campground where he replaced the missing drain valve. He was very friendly, explained everything and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Dixie RV Doctor to anyone.

I had the pleasure of calling the right company for the job. I own a business out of state and know that field expediency is important. Patrick arrived at my location and repaired the slide ram that had disconnected and it works perfect now, he also ordered a new motor and gear box for my lift jacks so I could get this monster back onto my truck. He was reasonable on the prices and I felt he had the best interest of the customer in mind. He was quick to diagnois and repair which is key to running a sucessful business. I will recommend him to anyone that wants quick reliable repairs done. You will not be dissappointed.
